take temperature (safe below 100 degrees, 100.4 is a potential risk) (do not take temperature in direct sunlight or a heat source. persons testing above 100.4 can be tested again after 10 minutes to ensure accuracy) (a person testing 100.4 or above must be removed from set)

ask the cdc required return to work questions

note the temperature and the questions asked for each person on the log and require a signature next to each individual information note

apply wrist band, sticker or other marker on people who have completed screening (excepting those on camera who can not wear additional markings etc)

document safety meeting and add to production report
