separate pre-light and prep days from shoot days (when possible)

schedule extra time for check in and cleaning/sanitizing

procure and assure PPE and sanitation supplies

stagger call times (when possible)

set up CCO pre-call time (to set up a check in station before any crew arrives)

send email to all crew explaining covid-19 safety protocol 

create roster of all people attending the shoot day

create check in list with name, contact info, time of arrival
